The world might be slowing down, but we know businesses need social learning and collaboration tools more than ever. So, here at THRIVE, we’re gearing up and continuing to develop even more features, modules and integrations, so your business can thrive, wherever you’re working.
We’re sharing what’s new and what exciting new features are coming very soon…
THRIVE LXP app
We’ve launched a brand new THRIVE app that will empower your users to learn at the point of need, wherever they’re working. Stay informed with relevant updates, discover new content and access personalised learning on any device at any time.
What’s more is the new app supports single sign-on, which means a seamless login experience for all your learners.
A new admin tool has landed which makes it even easier to manage all the content on your platform. Browse through content and posts to see what’s new, what’s most popular and what’s been viewed recently.
User interface translation
THRIVE now detects languages! Using the web application your users can change their language preferences translating content to either German, French or Swedish.
130 microlearning modules
Our ever-evolving catalogue now has up to 130 modules in total and are on track to deliver 200 by the end of 2020.
What’s up next?
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is a requirement for many employees. We’re helping you simplify CPD training with this brand new feature, in testing now.
THRIVE will help you easily set requirements and goals, track learning hours when your users complete endorsed content and automatically record progress for evidence in their very own development log.
Microsoft Teams Integration
Microsoft teams is a great tool to connect and very soon you’ll be able to leverage teams to find, consume and discuss your THRIVE learning resources.
This exciting integration will increase visibility to useful content and highlight the important updates on your platform, not to mention make it super easy to share relevant content to your colleagues at the click of a button.
Search terms give you incredible insight into what’s important to your audiences and what content might be missing on your platform.
Coming soon, your admins will be able to analyse trends, understand popular search terms and identify the content gaps your users expect to see. For example, if you have 100 people asking ‘how to submit my expenses’, you’ll know that’s an area of content you need to provide.
Want to unlock the potential of your business? Now’s the time to get involved.
